since DW took over.. The coaches have him throwing to his first read or throwing it away it appears. At least that's what happening.
Jack Leggett may want to bring him in as a base runner so he can slide in because he has sliding down short mastered.
Sliding down is no problem if you get where you need to be first.
If you get hurt, you get hurt. I can't believe Schuessler is much worse.

worthy post.

There's a lot here.

I am tired of the lace slides, two or three yards short. Or get a Lloyds of London policy. Stop sliding way short of the defender, it looks girly and silly and just isn't Tiger Football.

I imagine the coaches told him not to take any hits. If Cole got injured during this stretch we would have been in real trouble. The strategy has been pretty simple with stoudt in there, stay healthy, don't make mistakes, and win with defense and field position. Minus the turnovers vs Syracuse, It seems to be working..
