We have the nucleus of a very good team returning but if Neff pulls the plug on Brownell we will lose players and be back to square one. No Coach that wins 21 games deserves to be fired.

Not sure if you realize but square one for Brown-L was an NCAA tournament team that had gone 3 straight years. We've made it 2 times in the last 12.

Its time for him to go.

Not sure if you realize.
The coach who got Clemson to NCAAs before Coach BB is still waiting to win his first NCAA Tournament win.

Also not sure if you realize that Coach OP set up cupcake preseason to get record high, some early season ranking, then would lose steadily in the ACC. His one great ACC Tournament was with his 4 year starting trio of seniors.

So Coach BB did not walk into a plethora of talent, consistency and success.

That’s rich about preseason schedule. Our OOC was ranked in the 300s this year.

If Neff moves on, it won't be because Brad won ~21 games...

in 2022-23, it'll more likely be because Clemson can and should be better than 3 NC2As in 13 years, one of which was gifted to Brad before he drove an NC2A program into the ground.

Brad and Clemson should have parted ways after Greenville.

Obviously his retention has nothing to do with his body of work, good or bad. No matter what happens, it’s just basketball.
