I'm starting to wonder how Shadell is doing grade- wise. It seems odd to me that the last few offers are coming from FCS type schools, like they might know something. I'm probably just being parinoid and I'm sure there is tons I don't know about recruiting, so if anyone wants to eliviate my fears I would appreciate it.

We all new that the Bobcats of Ohio were sweet on Shadell . It was just a matter of time that they would come waving all that MAC clout and prestige ,potentially ruining all of our staff's hard work.
Darn you middle of the pack MAC conference school's and all that you can offer . 29, 000 crazy fans and a yearly chance to compete against the likes of Kent State and Eastern/Western Michigan !
Not to be doubted that they have reminded Shadell of their tv contract and that the Motor City Bowl is just 8 wins from reality.

I think that I read that this kid has solid grades , and I believe that he may even be an early enrollee .
It is sort of eye-brow raising though that a school like an Ohio or a Troy would be offering a kid who garners offers from Alabama's and Clemson's.
Gotta give them props for dreaming big though ....take a swing at it and see what happens.
If his grades aren't good however , then why hasn't University of Second Chances turned up the recruiting heat ? Heck , he can see that they can almost all count to five ...that might make him take a second look at the Gruntstains from ColaTown.
