I bought a plug in Prius a few months ago.

Already has 11k and a lifetime average of 91mpg. Gets about 700 miles on a tank, depending on how many charges I can work in.
With the tax break given for the plug in, I paid around $23k delivered.
Five year old bottom end Teslas with 100k +- were selling for $35k +- at that time when you could find them.
In what world does it make sense to buy a Tesla?

The house is under construction, and it doesn't close until February.
The only way I won't hire movers is if my landlord wants to buy all my furniture and all I have to move is my clothes, which would be awesome. Most of this furniture has been moved 3+ times, so it's bout junk by now and I wouldn't mind starting over again with it all anyway.
Why would I post a pic of the house? I'm not clemsonrulez08® or phi-tiger. Picture a house in Murrell's inlet, and it looks just like that.

I have no idea what a house in Murrells Inlet looks like. The image changes drastically based on the distance from the coast.
I assume you have planned for boat housing as well. Hopefully there is something convenient or a cost efficient option nearby.

That, and how much syrup is he going through that he is re-filling a syrup bottle? I think we've got a half full bottle of syrup in the closet that's about 5 years old.
Boat will be parked in very convenient storage right beside the house.

A house is a house. It's not where I really want to live, but I can have it paid for in a year or two if that's what I ultimately decide to do. Plus it has an elevator which is kinda cool.
