I have to agree to BBQ you need a sauce.
1 char-broil commercial stainless gas grill- new toy. I love it. 1 electric Masterbuilt smoker 1 Weber kettle grill - best grill ever made. 1 pit boss gas smoker 1 coleman charcoal smoker - Its a good starter one I think its some where in my barn. Would still use it in a min. makes the best whole chicken.

SBR for ribs only. Kraft original for BBQ chicken

Red pepper vinegar (Pee dee style) for pulled pork.
You can use any on anything else. But those are my preferences. Mustard too. Best thing for mustard based is pulled pork. But daasit. It should be illegal to use mustard on ribs.

BGE Blackstone Standard oyster steamer, does have that sweet burner with a million little blue flames instead of the one fire burner Custom whole hog smoker (diamond plate box, opposite direction coal burning and 2 wire racks)

It’s been a rarity

It will hold up to 20 butts at a time
We are trying to get a neighborhood event and actually go whole hog
There’s a cool family backstory
Short version, I always helped my wife’s great uncle on his 4th of July party to pull and what not with the pig
He used this style cooker and then had his neighbor the boilermaker make me one
He passed away a few years ago
I’m only 38 and been around the family for about 17 yrs
It’s not like we did this since I was a kid or anything

BBQ hamburgers & hotdogs???

BBQ is low & slow. Hamburgers & hotdogs are worst at low & slow. They should be grilled (or griddled or boiled for you truly LDP).
