Pretty much replace 80 percent of the coaches to start. Then hit the portal and hope for the best.

Recruiting coordinator. Speed speed speed. Otherwise I’d say burn it down and sow it with salt. Coaches players the whole lot.

At this point I think the answer is the head coach but since that won't happen you gotta fire both coordinators and every single coach that used to be a player for Dabo

Start from scratch and hire SERIOUS, PROVEN COACHES....not friends and family

We can't if we dont use all avenues to do so. Transfers have to be a part of this as well as ton of coaching changes
