Michigan could lose all five of these games.

It’s all about inventory and match ups now. That’s why Clemson and FSU remain the most coveted out there and why FOX is willing to pay a significant part of any buyouts we would owe.

As an Ohio State fan, the B1G has to, has to get Clemson and FSU. The potential conference matchups on a weekly basis leaves you drooling.

That "southern" cluster for the BIG10 would be interesting... In addition to Clemson and FSU, I would think it would also include UNC and Miami.

That's because the majority of the opponents in the B1G are a big Yawn....... Rutgers, Maryland,Northwestern, Indiana, Illinois, Purdue...
No Thanks . I would rather keep our southern rivals. Maryland and their fans back on the schedule makes me cringe. It was good riddance when they left the ACC.

Southern rivals like Va, GT, Syracuse, BC, and Louisville? They are a yawn too. I admit the B1G has too many bottom feeders. Time to cull the herd

That's far from the majority. I don't care either way but when I see people selectively pick the bottom dwellers of the B1G it makes me less inclined to listen to their argument. With the addition of the west coast teams Clemson would more often than not be up against a heck of a schedule. Mich, OSU, Penn St, Nebraska, Oregon, USC, UCLA Iowa.
A lot to be said for the SEC match ups as well, but Vandy, Ole Miss, Miss St, Arkansas, Kentucky and Missouri don't get the blood moving either. Does, UGA, Alabama, LSU Texas and Oklahoma counter it enough? I don't know. I just see an equal number of blah games in either scenario.

With all but a couple games (Penn State and O31-0) in their 2023 schedule, it looks Michigan is resting this year to get ready for 2024.
