I just used an inflation calculator and input my salary in 2019 and it is almost exactly equivalent to what I make right now. Any raises I have gotten over the past 6 years have been completely gobbled up by ur mom, I mean the increase in cost of living.


That shit sucks. At least it hasn't gone down, like ur mom.

What I've observed is a lot of jobs offering to pay what I was making in 2011 without adjusting for inflation. There are jobs requiring medical degrees + 3 years experience that pay less than six figures.

The redistribution of wealth in this country is criminal. Enough is never enough for the 0.1% and they're gonna find out what happens when you've created millions of furious people with nothing to lose.

SGWS are hiring sales reps now (for the exact same route I did 10 years ago getting paid 110k) and offering 50k salary. Plus incentives . That’s insane, but they are some greedy MFers. Before it was a str8 4.5% commission, now it’s salary w some BS quota program that you might make 10k more w.
