I have been told by contemporary older people that you too can once return to college sleeping schedules in your old age and retirement. Unfortunately, I grew up in a time when old (retired) people woke up at 4am and went to bed at 9pm for no reason other than that's when they slept. They didn't have a farm to tend to, or a job to go to, but they still woke up and kept working hours.

I don't know.

The canine alarm went off at 8:00 so had to throw on pants and head out with her before coffee. It's the price you pay for staying up way too late watching basketball teams that I would normally otherwise not even have known were playing.

I've definitely become a morning person over the years. Definitely had an old dude moment a little while back. Was at Tyber Creek a few months ago with some buddies. We all had the ready to go look in our eyes. Buddy looks at me asks the time. I said it's probably pushing two. Pulled out my phone - it was 10:30.

My watch usually shows 4.5-5.5 hours total sleep per night.

typical night for me is in bed midnight to 6am with about 1-2 hours awake in the 2:30-5am time frame watching TV trying to doze back off.

I suck at sleeping, always have.

Thankfully, I sleep pretty well. I'm all over the board, but my favorite and most frequent sleep schedule is 10 - 4.

Drove from 7am MDT yesterday until getting home at 12:30 last night. Really thought I’d be sleeping till noon but nope, eyes wide open at 7am. Grrrrrr
