So let me get this straight

Men's Soccer - current #1 overall seed, one win away from the Elite 8
Women's Soccer - just made the Elite 8 after upsetting the #3 seed
Football - consistent national powerhouse, multiple championships in last 5 years
Men's Golf - ACC Champions, current host seed in NCAA Tournament
Softball - currently #11 in the country in their first full season, well on their way to a National host in NCAA Tournament and top seed in ACC Tournament
Men's Basketball - NCAA Tournament appearance, top 5 in ACC last season
Baseball - rocky start early but playing well as of late, may finish as a #2 seed in NCAA Tournament
Women's Basketball - not the greatest of seasons but at least the program is moving the needle, made the NCAA Tournament a few seasons ago after some dreadful seasons
Women's Volleyball - finished above .500 after a losing season last year
That leaves the tennis programs, rowing, and track and field/XC. As far as I can tell, both tennis programs have a ways to go. No reason the track and field/XC teams should be bad in the coming years due to the history of the programs and I have no idea about the sport of rowing and how success is defined.
Long story short, Clemson Athletics has a LOT to be proud of regardless how one sport does in a given year. Perspective is key. Each program laid out above is in good shape and should receive great support from the fanbase. Lot to be thankful for around little ol' Clemson.

but not as 2 seed. Right now, they are a 3 seed and that's only after sweeping Louisville this past weekend.
Ten games to play including three series with ACC opponents (GT, FSU and Dook) all of which are winnable.

I'm not disputing that. Those are the money making sports. My point was that Clemson Athletics is in good shape, despite the financial hardships from covid. Lot of good programs right now. Just think some people should take a step back and acknowledge this rather than complain about Brownell or Monte all the time.
