...game plan due to the inclement weather?

So we spent two weeks on a plan for ND then we abandoned it because of a little wind. Is that why we only had 8 plays in the playbook and lacked any creativity or adjustment?

I guess that excuse is as good as the next. Regardless, his plan/play calling didn’t work on a major scale.

That’s actually a nightmare on a lot of levels. If true, is there any wonder why the players don’t play with fire and confidence. Who does this? If not true and just a cover story for the media, what does it say about our actual game plan we worked on and practiced for 2 weeks? At this point, our coaches need to just own this, no more excuses, coach speak, just stop. Let the play on the field answer all the questions. The more they say the worse it sounds.
