LSU fans prepare your narrative for after losing to us Monday night.

If it helps, common threads are:
We were so beat up because sec. The refs were in some kind of conspiracy to keep Clemson at the top. We “almost won”.
Thanks, I’d like to see your excuses now rather than waiting to see what you pull out of your #### next Tuesday.

Most of the LSU fans on here have their head so far up their a$$ there’s no room for excuses. They’ll be pulling them from elsewhere.

But I sure hope their team is as overconfident as their fans are.

They'll apologize to us in broken French , so we won't know whether they are saying sorry for being wrong or if they're just ordering a shrimp po' boy .

List of LSU excuses...
Jan 7, 2020, 5:30 PM
|
|
1 - Didn't want to be there (too close to home).
2 - Too beat-up from that rigorous $-EZ schedule (rolling eyes).
3 - Too many corn dogs
4 - Burreaux and company were focused entirely on the NFL
5 - The kerosene rags tied around LSU's ankles to keep the ants off their candy @$$es got in the way.
6 - uof6c chicken curse rubbed off on LSU
7 - Over-confident after all of the E$ecPN hype
8 - It was that time of the month
9 - Clemson was too well rested after playing such a soft schedule (again...rolling eyes).
10 - uof6c for LSU fans didn't make the trip to NOLA
11 - Clemson used more copycat plays
12 - LSU had a hard time understanding Coach O
13 - Even those "special" $EC timeouts couldn't slow down Clemson
14 - Somebody put a ruut, curse or hex on LSU
15 - Coon@$$es were too drunk to cheer loud
16 - LSU mouths wrote a check their @$$es couldn't cash
17 - Bama should have been here instead of LSU
Feel free to add your own

What will be your narratives when y'all lose?
"SEC ESPN bias"
J"oe Burrow is the best I have ever seen"
"Guess the SEC does play good football"
"That's the best wife receiving core I have ever seen"
"Good thing Joe Burrow is graduating"

As a whole, Clemson doesn’t make excuses for losses. You can’t learn from that which you don’t accept. There’s a reason Clemson tends to improve every year. On the other hand, when we pull off an upset, the excuses start pouring in.

If we somehow lose, our narrative will be: "Nice game. See ya'll next year, if you're back."

Honestly the OSU game was a wake-up call about where Clemson is with respect to other schools right now. I tried talking to some buckeyes and they were genuinely heartbroken after that loss. This was their chance, like they were destined to win the NC and couldn't fathom losing. When are they gonna get another chance like this?
For us, probably next year. If we lose, I'm sure we played a hell of a game and I'm proud of my Tigers. Well played other team (LSU I guess now, but whoever). Keep grinding, keep learning, we always find ways to float to the top.
So talk your #### while you can, maybe you can back it up, maybe you can't. But the harder you troll the more you reveal your hand, which is desperation to grasp that moment in the limelight. I remember that feeling about 5 years ago.
Remember, we already beat the best team ever. We can do it again.

Remind me again how Joe Burrow and the rest of 'em fared in 2018 hosting that same Alabama team that we later beat 44-16 ?
I am sure they beat them , right ?

Bro, have you looked at Joe's stats this year? Burrow is having the best single season ever for a college Qb. You do not have the same D that you had last year, and on top of that Clemson will not even be the best defense we have seen all year. Prepare yourself. We comin
