It all depends on Chizik having a functional D. I am skeptical but hopefully they can find a way (although I don’t like pulling for the Holes)

I think it all depends on how Rattler plays. When he plays well, the Coots are a pretty good football team. If he plays like the first half or more of last season, they have an excellent chance to lose. I think we have to assume that Maye will play well.

Every year since Carter was president UNC and NCSU should have beaten jr. every time they played. But for some reason it is a rarity. So I think it is unlikely just based on history.

I never have confidence the heels can fight their way out of a wet paper bag.
I also feel the Lamecocks can find a way to lose against anyone.
I guess it's a toss up.

UNCheat has let me down so many times in season openers against the Coots that I never depend on them anymore. Matter of fact, they seem to roll over for us too. I bet they'd lose to Coastal.
Prediction: Coots by 3. And I really hate to say that because I want Jr. to go 0-11 every year.

Expectations for UNC this season are WAY too high!
It takes more than a QB. Their D was not good last season and lost good players. The OC is gone. Lost their leading receiver and I think a couple of running backs.
And, Mac looks like he's about done.

Totally got exposed the last four games. No D, no Josh downs and chickens will blitz Maye into making mistakes.
Hate it, but I don’t think they got a chance.

A team that hung around against us long enough for us to hand them a win versus a team we dragged the very next week? I don’t see where UNC has a team capable of winning. Chizik will come up with a plan to allow 600 yards and 48 points unless turnovers get in the way.

times they played. I thought the Goats had the better team. Butt, they choked against the Mighty SEC and the TV spotlight. That's about the only explanation I can come up with.
