There’s a super easy fix. Get rid of Sling. Best thing I’ve ever done. YouTube TV is hands down the best streaming service. You’re about to be inundated with comments about people leaving Sling and loving YouTube tv.

Started with Sling and had no problems for a long time, but not having local channels was the issue as my antenna and where I live wasn't quite good enough to not drop the ABC and CBS games every few mins.
Youtube TV has been great, but certainly more expensive.
If I had no issues with local channels over the air, I'd probably stay with Sling for the price.

We've got YouTube TV, but don't really use the normal interface much. I just use the credentials to log in to individual apps. I wish there was a cheaper way to get a login for the ESPN app, but it works for us as it is. Not totally sure between YTTV and our other app subscriptions that we are paying any less than if we had cable.

I had sling but ditched it for YouTube tv as well. Its more expensive but they explicitly let you share it with up to 5 households in your immediate area. Me and my brother split an account and now it’s less than what I was paying for sling with better quality and features

I do the same with my brother. It makes it much cheaper. It’s also super easy to use for tailgating. I ditched that very expensive dish setup for an internet hotspot and haven’t regretted it.
I always had issues with sling. To get the sports and channels I wanted I had to add orange, blue, and other Al a cart which bought the price closer to YouTube. Not to mention Sling always has contract issues with espn and I missed too many games because of it.
We’ve tried every streaming service through the years and YouTube has the fewest issues. Unlimited cloud DVR. Base package has the most channels of any service. 4k content. It has fewer headaches than cable tv as well. When power lines go down so does cable tv. I don’t have that issue with YouTube tv. I can watch during power outages and poles being knocked down.

YouTubeTV = four games at the same time, which is why God created 85" TVs. Slings got nothing.

Kicked Spectrum cable to the curb last fall and went with You Tube TV. It’s been great.

Thanks for the YTTV suggestions, but kinda late in the season to change.
I'm too cheap to keep either service or cable, so I sign up for the best deal every year. I guess you get what you pay for, huh?
BTW, they fixed it today so I'm set to record. I WILL be watching the game, but like to have the recording to review the following week.
