Since Clemson is flooded with amphetamines I hate

to see Sammy get singled out for the pills as far as the criminal case. Marijuana is 30 day misdmeanor. If the prosecutor has decency to treat him equally he should get pretrial intervention like every other Clemson frat kid that gets caught with a couple pills and a little weed.

is that as a Clemson student-athlete (not to mention a high profile student -athlete), he is held to a higher standard than the average frat kid that gets caught with a couple pills and a little weed. The legal system sould not will not discriminate on the basis of his stature, but he needs to learn to govern his actions accordingly.

it was Adderall during finals week.... You go into any major library after mid night during finals week and drug test everyone in there... You will be shocked at the percentage of students taking Adderall to cram in those late night study sessions.

adderrall and other amphetamine stimulate type drugs. My only concern is that Sammy should not be treated differently by the justice system which reoutinely gives college kids with minor possession cases a second chance. He does have an obligation to the university, but a violation of that obligation should not affect a separate criminal matter's disposition.
