Declaration was due last night. If you have declared, you can change your mind before Monday's deadline.
If he's filed the paperwork, only the NFL would know at this point.
It's up to Isaiah to make a public declaration.

There is still no question in my mind he's declaring but I'm clueless why he hasn't made it public yet.
Maybe there is a slight tinge of doubt.
