SIAP Interesting comment on DJ Dr Pepper deal

Below is part of the press release from Dr Pepper concerning the partnership with DJ.
Interesting / Amazing / Almost Unbelievable how far ‘Lil Old Clemson” has come since I was there in late 70s.
I even recall once seeing a graphic on the broadcast of one of our football games ages ago where they showed a map of Clemson’s location to help people know where we were located. If recall correctly (and I may not be remembering all the details), the graphic was wrong and didn’t even have us in SC. I thing they had pinpointed us if Ga.
Now here we are in National ads as “one of the most formidable college football teams” where “fans revel in long standing traditions.” And they don’t even need to mention our name! (Of course, maybe legally they can’t but either way, it just shows the power of the paw!)
Who would have thought? It’s like a nice dream!

Anyone have an idea about the value of this sponsorship deal? Is DJ getting $25K per year or $250K per year or x amount per commercial?

I don't think the Heisman is likely simply because of the schedule.
However, make no mistake, a Dr. Pepper commercial HELPS the campaign, absolutely. I'm all for it!
