go ahead and hire Bradley Lecroy for $250K and put the other $1.75M that everybody here keeps throwing around into other things baseball whether it be scholarships, facilities, equipment or bat warmers.

Scholarship numbers are set by the NCAA not Clemson and I don't know what else could be done facility wise. The Doug was just redone a few years ago. Teams win in baseball by getting lucky in recruiting and the draft. The margin of error is razor thin in baseball.

Acedemic endowments used for baseball players like other programs do. Facility was made over in 2015 just as Leggett was fired using $25K of Leggett's money as a down payment. But that was 7 years ago so not long it may need some improvements however I'm fine with it as is. B. Lecroy is a pretty good recruiter so if getting lucky in recruiting is how you win you make a good point.

Unfortunately, as I understand the 'endowments', they have to available to all students, not just athletes.
