Dude plays scared and hasn't got any confidence at this point. My guess is that brownell had him in there tonight to get him late game experience in hopes that he can get out of the yips stage that he's in. Right now he's just out there. Doesn't really contribute as a PG. there's no drive and dishto him. He just passes and runs around and gets behind people to stay out of the way. Just not comfortable yet

I don't know why he got so many minutes at a critical stretch tonight whe we were still in it. He doesn't create or take command.

Reed did not play enough tonight either.

(thus far) comes early enough that it can be overcome--provided the Tigers string together a few upset victories and get themselves into a competitive conference standing that won't require winning the ACC Tournament to make March Madness

But last night's extremely poor play (and not just by Mitchell who's not looked competent of late) gives substance to Clemson fans' pessimism. Defense and especially rebounding left most of the fanbase just shaking their heads at traits not usually associated with a Brownell coached team....Offense, which is better than normal, still remains inconsistant
