Sen. Graham and NIL Clearinghouse

If already discussed, I missed it and apologize for a double post.
I just read that Sen. Lindsey Graham is drafting legislation that would establish a NIL Clearinghouse. The clearinghouse would to govern over NIL activities. Graham is doing this as an attempt to gain control of the Wild West of the new recruiting world. Fines can be levied and athletes permanently banned if violations are found. The legislation may no go where but, will be something interesting to keep an eye on.

Lindsay Graham and the rest of Senate/Congress have far more important issues to address.

from ANYTHING that has to do with controlling money, unless and until they get a handle on THE NATIONAL DEBT. My investments are tanking continually right now over fears of a default.
Senator Graham Cracker needs to concentrate on the business at hand.

to handle this problem.
I can see it now. A senator from Alabama, Michigan, Texas and Ohio will be on the committee to oversee NIL.
Coincidentally, universities from those states will figure out how to become the biggest beneficiaries of NIL.

uga has been into NIL since Moses crossed into the Promised Land. Back then they just kept the games, images and likenesses private.

Worshipped the RINO god John McCain who was "loved" by all but his foul networking, dubious proclivities and despite his well crafted public persona his actions as a senator were dishonorable from beginning to end. Never to be raised for public discussion and only one person spoke about him in a truthful manner—
