Seems a good time to tell this story...

So back in 2003 (I think) I was a 2nd semester freshman and we were heading back from Savannah, GA, to Clemson from spending a long spring break weekend there. So we stop at CofC to pick up some female friends of a friend of ours (he was driving us). So we pull up in this parking lot where the girls' dorm was located. The guy who knew them got out of the car once we were parked and went into the dorm to get his lady friends. The rest of us who were in the car get out to stretch our legs and decide to pop open a few cold ones to pass the time (harmless, right?). About 3 minutes later, a campus police car pulls up in the parking lot we were in. The officer gets out of his car and said he saw us on camera (apparently the parking lot was under video surveillance). Of course, we are all underage and he asks for our ID's. I thought we were all going to jail that night.

Instead, he confescates all our booze (doesn't pour it out) and tells us that if any of us are caught on campus again the rest of our lives (again, this is basically all of downtown Charleston), we will be arrested for tresspassing.

The point I'm trying to make is... we didn't break into a school building or vandalize anything. We were just minding our own business. We weren't being loud or disorderly.

How come we can't ban this scum, Micah "inbred" Rogers, from ever stepping foot on Clemson's campus ever again? The piece of trash got off basically scott-free after being found guilty and I'm royally PO'd.

Just because the campus fuzz says you're banned doesn't mean you're banned.
