Trips to play in the shadows of the Golden Dome and Touchdown Jesus are also nice carrots to dangle in the living rooms of recruits. If nothing else, it will impress any wide-eyed parents who remember when the Notre Dame brand had as much equity as Cadillac or American Express.

that every parish priest was a recruiter for ND. Threatening a kid with excommunication was a very effective recruiting tool back then.
Too bad for you the country has grown toward secular humanism and out of the stone age of believing that another human controlled their eternal destination.

This article was not about Notre Dumb!! It was about a new Sports channel.
Side note: The ACC survived without ND for decades, so their "partial inclusion" is not going be the glorious attraction some people think.
Will playing Notre Dame put more butts in the seats?? Initially, yes! Once the "attraction" wears off, things will go back to normal.
Clemson, FSU, Va Tech & Miami will still be the faces of the ACC, and Notre Dumb will be just another team getting to play "part time".
Quit thinking so much of yourselves ND. Your haydays have looooong sinced passed and you are just another team.
