South Carolina's six-man receiver rotation
South Carolina will primarily play six wide receivers, including two walk-ons, in the Gamecocks' 2015 season opener with North Carolina next Thursday night in Charlotte (6 p.m./ESPN).
According to wide receivers coach Steve Spurrier Jr., the starting three will be Pharoh Cooper, Deebo Samuel and walk-on Carlton Heard. Another walk-on, Martrick Belton, will back up Cooper, Shamier Jeffery will back up Samuel and Terry Googer will back up Heard.

Cooper was an All-Southeastern Conference selection last season.
No starter over six feet tall and a walk-on transfer from Gardner-Webb (his only offer) on the 1st team. Have fun with with that.

Maybe they will put in that walk-on QB that was fighting for the starting spot and we can see some walk-on to walk-on action out there!

If they can get the ball in his hands, Cooper may not be the best WR on that team anymore. And don't give me the inflated numbers crap. Sure he came from Chapman, who recently moved to 3A from 2A, but riddle me this... Where did Kelly Bryant play his first two years of high school again? Oh yeah, little 2A Abbeville. He must not be worth much either.

We know that it takes a combination of great talent and great coaching to be great. I won't feel sorry for Clemson for losing so many before the season starts.
