Yep. I remember in the late 80's UGA started rotating Clemson and SCar every two years instead of playing both every year prior to that. The AD at the time claimed it was too much with an SEC schedule. Then when SCar joined the SEC around 92 UGA started scheduling Clemson even less frequently.
