Season Ticket Seat Assignments

I know this thread has nothing to do with GOR or conference re-alignment but does anyone know when seat assignments go out for tickets? I thought it was early August but I don't remember. I checked online but IPTAY might have one of the worst websites imaginable to navigate.

Are you a new season ticket holder? If not, you will likely have the seat as last year because as long as you meet your IPTAY requirement, you are in unless things have changed.

I upgraded this year from 2 seats to 4 and they said i'll most likely be moving. Had the same seats the previous 2 seasons.

IPTAY told me last Friday that seat and parking assignments would be released on Monday. On Tuesday I asked why I had not heard from them. This was their response: "There has been an issue with the parking allocations being loaded in to the proper accounts. We are fixing those accounts and the parking and ticket allocations should be out in the next few days."

I already knew my parking assignments but had requested that a couple of seat assignments be changed. I've done this before and knew by early July what the new assignments were. Don't understand why things are getting so slow.
