Which kinda makes sense since their "vaunted military" is getting their a$$es handed to them by a much smaller militia and thousands of private citizens taking up arms, even with weapons as basic as Molotov cocktails.

Go to Devcon 3 and see what Russia and Putin says, then go to Devcon 2 to show them we're serious like during the Cuban Crisis and then we'll see how the tone changes. Bullies get scared when they get bullied.
