Running down the Hill for night games idea

For night games, It would be cool if clemson killed all the lights in the stadium, loaded the players at the top of the hill, turned on a spotlight on the players so that’s all the other team could see

The Oculus. Harnessing the power of The Oculus to embolden our players to further dominate their opponents.

That's too much power to subject humans to. They might all turn into the incredible hulk if we harnessed the oculus power

They should let them slide down on cardboard against SC. It would be hilarious, unless we crashed at the bottom and lost a few players.

I actually like that idea other than them running down the hill in the dark.

So you think running down the hill in the dark with the only lit field of view on a single spot is a good idea? Maybe we could get a few t-netters to do a trail run to make sure it is safe.

How about starting the "WE WILL ROCK YOU" chant when the First Bus pulls up and continue it as the Tigers Rub the Rock and begin to "Run the Hill"

Re: Cannon Blasts And Orange Flares ---

3 cannon blasts as soon as the first 10 players assemble at the top of The Hill.
After the cannon fires again for the team and staff to run down The Hill..... have multiple orange flares go off as they're running down it.
Have a rapid fire cannon fire 7 times while the fans are spelling out C-L-E-M-S-O-......N.
That would be a more than an electric atmosphere to start a game.
Loud and Proud!!!
Wow!!!!

How about we leave things as is. Do not mess with tradition.

Yeah, I’m not sure as a player that I want to run down the hill towards darkness with a spotlight in my eyes. Maybe a leisurely walk. We’ve had enough injuries without incorporating shenanigans. Put me in the “Leave a great tradition alone” camp.

Agreed. Next thing you know the OP will want fire extinguishers and a chicken “hidden” under a curtain with 90’s techno blasting

All I want is the cannon blast that starts . . .

the assault down the Hill to be bolder . . . more demanding . . . with fire bursting from its muzzle and a huge blue-grey smoke ring that expands as it travels through the upright . . . escorting our gladiators onto Howard’s Field . . .
I’m a simple man . . . just make sure it shakes everything within Our Valley!!!

Seriously like traditions best. However, an Orange Paw light shining from the Oculus around the stadium before they touch the rock and to the Clemson cadence would be pretty cool to see. Of course lights cut down and then cannon shoots off and lights back on and then down the hill.

Way too much time on your hands. Hurry up and kick the ball. I'm tired of polls, random thoughts from useless sportswriters, top 20 lists, top 25 lists, watch lists, watch lists for the watch lists, Heisman predictions, playoff predictions, bowl game predictions, national media trashing Clemson (that happens on an annual basis). I drew the line the other day when I saw there is a watch list for the Polynesian Player of the Year. Who knew?
