it makes sense now... he was at Keowee on a family camping trip. i think he has 2 younger brother according to the family photos. so the 2 accomplices may have been his minor brothers?

Come on everyone, he s an 18 yr old kid who made a terrible mistake.

He and his family will be on guard wherever they go from now on. Isn't that enough punishment?

I say give the kid a break he has damaged himself enough already.

He made a terrible decision. There was no mistake about what he did. A mistake is unintentional by definition. His act was definitely intentional. Would he choose not to do it if he could take it back? Probably, but most likely only because he got caught.

Sorry, but he doesn't get a pass for making a "mistake."

The definition of awesome!

Cause and effect will take its course

Jun 28, 2013, 5:10 PM [ in reply to Re: Roger's Lawyer talks about Howard's Rock vandalism ]

He'll get this and much more punishment, regardless of what you or I say. If he does indeed end up getting felony'd, he's in even better shape.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

How is it a mistake? He made the decision to do what he did

Jun 28, 2013, 5:41 PM [ in reply to Re: Roger's Lawyer talks about Howard's Rock vandalism ]

and any idiot has to know what he did qualifies as a crime.

I absolutely do NOT feel sorry for any of them..when they admit what he did was wrong and get rid of that coot lawyer and apologize then forgiveness might enter the picture
