I didn’t know that having time off is only beneficial to one team before a big game. Thanks yet again, Mr Klatt!

Yes. Nothing about our defense or Alabama’s inconsistency on offense this year.

And the preparation time? I get it. Saban rarely loses with that much time to prepare for a bowl. What he is forgetting is that the last time we have lost a bowl with this much time to prepare is against West Virginia six years ago. Our staff is pretty good too Mr Klatt.

Just another 'opinion' analyst, same as Colin Cowherd.
He's a little late on the Clemson can't succeed without Watson train.

The same idiot that felt a 12 -1 ACC Champ and defending Nat'l Champ shouldn't even be in the playoffs. He's just doubling down on the opinion he held in Feb. He's hoping at some point he'll be right.

There are times when public perception will do more for a team's focus than anything an opponent can bring to the party. Klatt & Company are doing a splendid job of that. Come January 9, Klatt will be looking for a job...Fox doesn't need his buffoonery. I didn't see DW4 piloting Auburn's Bama-whipping, either.

It's Klatt that's not paying attention. In his unique disengenuous patronizing style he's stuck on the past and not relevant as an honest analyst. The game will be decided by Ds and great O play on both sides. It's not decided by someone replacing DW4. Grow up Klatt or seek something you can do well.

Absolutely! We are not the only team who lost stars, and they are not the only team with a wealth of quality replacements. I love the total disrespect. Clemson rolls in this one, and I just hope we don't take our foot off the throttle all game.

Klatt's preseason Top Ten
Dec 17, 2017, 11:51 AM
|
|
1. Ohio State 2. Alabama 3. USC 4. FSU 5. Washington 6. Penn State 7. Michigan 8. Oklahoma 9. Oklahoma State 10. Wisconsin
Actual CFP Top Ten 1 Clemson (Not there) 2 Oklahoma (.8) 3 Georgia (Not there) 4 Alabama (.2) 5 Ohio State (.1) 6 Wisconsin (.10) 7 Auburn (Not there) 8 USC (.3) 9 Penn State (.6) 10 Miami (Not there)
So he got 60% even right on the Top Ten(none in the correct place) and was only 25% in his Top Four. He gets paid money to be an expert and I think many sports fans could have done better.

And also that he said it was "absolutely laughable" that Clemson was ranked ahead of Miami after week 10. Of course, Miami ends their season on a 2 game losing streak, including getting laughably shellacked by Clemson in the ACCCG.
This guy is yet another fraud just trying to find a decent hot take to stay in the conversation.

He probably didn't think we'd win last year either. Truth be known, we should have beaten A both times. Sure, we had DW4, and that was important, but we have more pieces to this puzzle now, and i believe we will be just fine. I just hope the AL players are thinking we are not a factor, as well. They will be very surprised.

I can respect him for having an opinion, and even thinking this way, as it's hard to discount what DW4 did for the team. Still, Alabama isn't Bama from the last two years either. Besides, it's become obvious that Kmart hates the Tigers.

Neither are Jacob Coker, O.J. Howard, Kiffin and not even Sarkisian. Possibly not even Jeremy Pruitt. The Bama machine is good but not as invincible as before and Clemson D is much more athletic and less likely to make a big mistake for the big chunk yards this time. Would love to have #4 but with the strong D and controlled drives, we may well not need a comeback. Clemson by more than a touchdown.

challenge to the offense and disrespect to the defense. "Bammer" wants nothing to do with Clemson because they know they are getting ready to get their a$$ handed to them again. The Tigers have a full season under their belt and there are no "rookies" on this team. Offensively the key will be on the offensive line. The 2 offensive impact players will be Tee Higgins and Ray Ray. Defensively the key will be to put a "shadow" on Hurts and tell Bammer they will have to win on his arm if they can.

Jonathan Allen, Tim Williams, and Reuben Foster aren't walking through that door either. They lost a ton of starpower on that defense and have looked pretty stagnant against good teams this season. Joel Klatt is not even a reporter, all he provides is hot takes that are actually freezing cold takes. He's wrong every single time he opens his mouth about Clemson and it's actually comical at this point that he still sticks with those pro-SEC, pro-Alabama narratives.

It is a Football game...not parting the Red Sea. Alabama is not manned by robots, and Nick Saban is not God. Alabama is beatable, as Auburn has already proven. It is absolute BS that getting back healthy and having a Month to plan makes Nick Saban somehow indestructible. As I recall the last 2 years Clemson looked pretty strong in the first round of the playoffs also, and I doubt they will just kick back and relax during this down time. I sure get tired of these idiots acting like Nick Saban and Alabama have super powers or something. Clemson needs a good game plan and I trust the coaches there to have that. If the Tigers execute that game plan, I expect them to win. It is all about execution!!!

Is that Clatttrap mouthing off again? 'Bama has time to heal and prepare. So does Clemson. 'Bama has great coaching. So does Clemson. And none of the Tiger coaches are leaving. 'Bama can run the ball. So can Clemson. Jalen completes 60% of his passes. KB completes 67% of his passes. Jalen can run. So can KB. 'Bama can play defense. So can Clemson. 'Bama has an edge on special teams, but watch out for Ray Ray. 'Bama has passionate fans. So does Clemson. 'Bama seeking revenge. Clemson will be proving all the morons wrong. 'Bama beat some good teams. Clemson beat more good teams. 'Bama looked sluggish in November. Clemson has been great since the 'Cuse game. We can go on and on with this.
