As far as guys with a lengthy head coaching record, Butch Jones is probably the best Arkansas can do.
Hogs fans should be happy if he's the guy.

If they are going after a butch it should be Davis. Is he officially considered rehabilitated by now? At least he can coach. The sec can look past a few character flaws right?

He's an Arkansas grad and can recruit. He's old but could come in and restructure the program where its respectable and then hand it off to a younger guy. Right now they seem to have imploded and Jones is too erratic and frankly blew at UT.

Good grief... You give an up and coming HC with a track record of success everywhere less than 2 years to completely transform your program from Power run to Spread and you are going to bring in that guy??? They deserve the basement of the west.
I know Chad's first 1.5 years was very bad but the type of transformation he was doing, I think you had to have more patience... sheesh.
