Now if that was really true, that would be the coot administration telling their fan base, we've decided to waste the money on a different face, and we're expecting the very same results. And if they have any complaints, blame on the butt holes who did the planing on where they wanted their university, and they built it right where they knew the rest of the uptown area would be built.
The only chance their university will ever stand a chance of athletic success, would be to restrict all alcohol sales within 5 miles of the university, and no open bars within 10 mile of the university. Without those restrictions, they will never get a HC young enough, or good enough to build and sustain a winning FB program At USUC as long as there are at least 10 bars in a short walking distance from the university that stays open for as long as those university students has the cash to buy and consume alcohol until the early AM hours in the morning.
