Regarding FSU/CLEMSON LANDING Spot

Some coots say UNC and ND are better tv draws than FSU and Clemson since SEC has SC/FL tv mkt covered with FL and USUCK.
ESPN and FOX are not looking at getting viewers in states. That's old news. The networks are looking for national viewers. They want brands that viewers across the country will watch. Teams like Bama, LSU, TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, CLEMSON, FSU and others are natty winners and in the top tier of nationwide exposure. When Clemson plays a good team, and it is nationally televised, viewers will tune in to watch it. They will not tune in to watch UNC play FB. NOR will they tune in to see USUCK play FB.
ND is not going to join a conference. They don't need to join for FB. They have a tv contract as good as any and they will get a percentage of the CFP pot. They will be eligible for a CFP spot if they play well.
So all you coots who think FSU/CLEMSON will be left out, you know nothing.

I also think FSU is going to go for the ACC jugular vein in discovery. They are going to go after Swofford, his son, Raymond, and ESPN and are looking to see if there was any under the radar deals taking place that monetarily benefitted any individuals, companies or other ACC schools. If so, that would be fraud and would be a felony. Criminal.
The ACC AND ESPN will run from that in a greasy minute and settle quicker than a cool breeze disappears in the deep south in July. Everyone has skeletons in their closet. You don't want someone poking around in that closet. Many a supposedly slam dunk civil case has been derailed with discovery and with expert witnesses who debunk what the defendent may be presenting as factual.

I agree. I think ESPN pushes ACC for a settlement to avoid making their deals public.

If they don't, ESECPN can pull the TV GOR contracts and leave them broke without TV coverage!!! ESECPN has the best hand in all this BS that's going on...

Silly coots…what a moronic argument. Our Football ratings outpace theirs with a ACC schedule. Imagine playing BAMA,AUB,LSU, UF, TEXAS, etc
lol.

The issue isn’t will they be left out. It comes down to when will they be let in and I just don’t see this getting resolved anytime soon.

I will guarantee that the Tigers would be a much better draw than the Gamecocks. Nobody watches them except a handful of fans in the state, and usually not much more than a half. We have a draw that extends far beyond the state, though nowhere near Notre Dame’s draw.

Lol, they’ve got SC covered with the #####? Their ratings don’t even barely compare to Clemson’s.
And then FSU has had even higher rating than Clemson the last couple seasons I think. Florida doesn’t compare to them either.
Shows how delusional they are. They are in a constant cycle of thinking they are a current powerhouse with respect because they are in the SEC. They’re not even a potential powerhouse.

is the fact that even during the past, so-called "down years" for Clemson, other programs consider a football game against us to be one of their biggest during the season.
Our game against Georgia this year is already considered a huge one between both programs: look how many Georgia folks are running their mouths across all forms of social media about that game. The media considers it huge.
I don't give a dammmmm about our "back country" location: Clemson will draw national audiences with its pedigree, and anyone saying otherwise is fooling themselves!

Not why anyone cares what the coots think nor why so many are insecure. Clemson will find a new home without a doubt

Personally, I would love to see Clemson in the SEC.
The conference match-ups would be off the chart!!!
