Announced 3 penalties on same punt play against Rice- stepped off 35 yards according to announcers - then changed to offsetting penalties and Rice keeps the ball?

I am waiting for a bench clearing brawl & the Texas Rangers stepping in to break it up ....Then of course the game is called due to not enough players to finish
