Question on transferring C-1 parking pass?

As the C-1 passes require a license plate number for purchase, and that tag number is on the pass when you print it out, how do you then sell the pass to someone else that obviously would not have the same license tag number?
Is there a way to change the tag number when it’s sold?

When I have purchased a pass for C-1, but knowing we would be driving a rental car, we put “rental” instead of a license number. Maybe there’s a way to change it to rental when transferring?

to just put “rental” for the tag number BUT then the NAME on the C-1 pass must match!

a safety net pass. Now I am buying on TNet another pass for a closer lot and would like to let someone have the C-1 pass for what I paid. If that’s “scalping” then the definition has changed!

He’ll end up eating the cost. The rules are pretty clear.
Well, I guess he could sell it to someone else, but that person will have to pay again when they get to the lot on gameday.

but i doubt the attendants care.
do they really make you stop.. grab your pass..grab your license, check your name , or walk around to the bumper to check the tag?

and they say the tag MUST match and the C-1 passes are not for resale! Crazy! I see C-1 passes for sale here on TNet and other third party sites - so, there must be a way to work around the name and tag number?!
