I've seen from browsing various boards and friends that pull for $EC schools that their commish wants after 2024 and going forward for the last game of the season to be $EC vs $EC big time matchups, which means games like ours with the c00ts they want to move to early in the season. How would yall feel if we started the season against the c00ts or played them say week 2-4? I think the last week of the season should ALWAYS be rivalry week.

Smart on their commish's part, but I don't like it. I would say play it the Saturday before Thanksgiving so I can have my Thanksgiving weekend back. definitely, do not want to play it early in the season.

Let me get this straight. On the one hand the powers that be are always saying "we want big out of conference game scheduled". Now they are saying "we don't want big out of conference games scheduled....at the end of the year"
This sounds like bama mad that it has to play auburn at the end of the year while UGA get a break playing GA tech.

Can't stand early season rivalry games. Also cant stand all the changes ruining CFB. This would just be another one in a long line of them.
