Do you know the state fairgrounds is one of the few in the country that is privately owned...most are owned by the respective states.

I doubt hotels and restaurants/bars will impress recruits that much. That money might be better spent on a top tier coach and staff. Heck for that much money build a new stadium next to Willy B and tear down that upside down roach.
