Is this what you are talking about?
Dimensia was RCA's brand name for their high-end models of television systems and their components (Tuner, VCR, CD Player, etc.) produced from 1984 to 1989, with variations continuing into the early 1990s, superseded by the ProScan model line. After RCA was acquired by General Electric in 1986, GE sold the RCA consumer electronics line to Thomson SA which continued the Dimensia line. .... The name "Dimensia" actually dates back to the early 1970s when RCA used the term for an enhanced spatial stereo effect which they called "Dimensia IV".[1] The tagline for the Dimensia was The Next Dimension in Sight and Sound.

"Dimensia", I believe is referring more to spatial dimension than loss of memory (as in "disymnesia".) I well remember "quadrophonic sound" back in the early, mid-seventies, and it was awesome stuff. And this was way before alzheimer's ever came into the picture. I think we call it "surround sound" these days. Of course, my ignorance is truly breathtaking, I can hardly breathe.

I wear a mask around people, but I question how much good it does. To me it is primarily propaganda. My wife and daughter live in Ecuador, which has been very strict on restrictions. Naturally, masks are required in public, even in vehicles with more than one person. The thing they did that I thought would be much more effective was taking temperatures of individuals that went in stores or facilities that held more than a handful of people. The same stores gave you hand sanitizer when you entered (it was not optional). If big box stores were really more interested in health, rather than appearances, they would have taken similar precautions.
