It's possible. Yes Washington, Oregon, Ohio State, Michigan, and Texas are still alive, but Georgia will end the season 12-0. No one left to beat them.
And if Alabama finishes 11-1, which is likely, and beats Georgia in the ATL, both of those teams will get considered.

I would hate it but if they really took the 4 best teams. It'd be Michigan Bama uga and then debate between fsu and wash. Doesn't matter because whether it's Bama or uga, they'll blow the other team out.
Just hope Washington loses. Also think CBV finds a way to beat Texas again.

And both should get in. Osu mich winner will be undefeated. Then if Washington runs the table, they'll get in. Honestly, even if Texas wins the b12, I still think in your scenario that Bama would be the 2nd best team. Bama routs Texas in a rematch.

Money is the driving factor and the reason for the success of most players. I don’t know how they do it but UGA is getting away with so many NCAA rules violations. I know they give recruits money because a friend of mines son was being recruited by Clemson, UGA , Ole Miss and other schools. After his visit to UGA he was given an envelope. They told him not to open it until he was on the plane heading home. It had several crisp $100 bills in the envelope.
Sooner or later they have to get caught. I know with NIL it’s much easier to buy and sale players. The TP is basically free agency. At least they finally put some restrictions on the portal. IMO opinion those rules will not last long. All it will take is a player filing a lawsuit.
It’s unfortunate but the players drive the bus now, even the ROY Bus ! I am interested to see if the success FSU is having this year can be sustainable long term. And it will be really interesting to see how successful Neon Deion’s use of the TP works out long term. Especially when he sent approximately 70 players packing.

There’s a better chance of no sec teams in the playoff than two this year.
Texas wins out and gets in over Bama if they win the sec. Undefeated Washington, OSU/Mich, FSU. They aren’t taking UGA as a one loss conference champ over them.
Also a good chance the acc has a winning record vs the sec overall for the first time since 2016.
