Clearly in the ACC for most people it's North Carolina State - annotated on this list as Nan-Cee Stank! I have seen a lot of people though say, Virginia Tech; which I must say "kind of surprised me"!
Maryland, I was told use to have some terrible(turrble) fans but they are gone to the Big 10.
ACC teams I dislike/don't approve/don't support/wish they would lose every game programs are:
1. Nan-Cee Stank - fans,coaches,players,administration,alumni,booster,vendors,etc.
2. U of Non-Compliance(UNC). Academic schemes and shady alumni at the ACC HQ.
3. Florida State. B/C of the frackle-nackle-bull cancellation. And, getting recruits we covet.
Out of Conference.
1. The Yard Birds! No football history. Delusional fanbase. Yet, they talk cash trash.
2. 0-1 and 4-0 st. Crying Ryan needed a shortened 6 gm season and extra practice to beat the Tigers.
3. Georgia. Finally broke through, but delusional still. As they win the most talent award often especially lately. Yet, find a way to blow it(again not last year). Plus, they get recruits we covet frequently.
**I made a list similar to this about coaches and the vocabulary police indicated I should not use the word "hate"! To which mind you; I get it. But, come on man, if anybody takes this beyond "fan-talk" and just message board serious - it's pretty much them with some issues! This is for fun and fun only!

I would say NC State but honestly everyone is so humbled by losing to Clemson they don't have a lot of mouth on them. I'm not sure we have a serious rival on the regular schedule.

I have no reason to dislike any ACC football team because we own all of them. Basketball is a different story.

1) (Historically, but I still count it): MARYLAND. Most awful fanbase full of jagooffs I've ever had to almost fistfight over nothing.
2) NCSU. Nasty fans, the coach is a wang, no other redeeming qualities. Raleigh sucks.
3) Miami. Trash. Fans.
OOC:
1) tOSU. Awful fans with the downside is that there are a zillion of them.
2) UGA. Enough said.
3) Notre Dame. Join a conference or take a hike, jackwagons.
Dishonorable mention: UofSuCk. It's hard to hate something that just deserves my pity.

1) FSU (I lived through puntrooskie, OK? And Crusty Crablegs 2013. And, Norvell pulling that balless wonder stuff in 2020 just added to the hate.)
2) Nancy's Taint, no explanation needed other than their fans and their coach right now.
3) Syracuse. Every time I think of them, I still think of Big East. They just do not fit the ACC to me, in any sport. And, they deserve hate and ridicule if for no other reason than having a dome named after an A/C company all those years, without A/C until a very few years ago.

In the ACC I like them all, but my favorites are
Georgia Tech … class piled on class
Boston College … something about that first bowl game
Duke … more class piled on class
Out of conference my favorites are
Texas A&M … wonderful good sports attitude
Washington … good friend and great uniforms there
Memphis … best spirit song anywhere

My grandfather and 2 uncle's were Texas A&M grads and my mother's first husband was a Clemson Grad killed in WWII (my dad was a PC grad). She always said she didn't like The University of Any State! That definitely includes Texas, UofSC, UNC, and Georgia. I would add OSU, NC St (with Doren), FSU with Norvell!

In ACC, definitely UNC. Mainly for basketball reasons though. With Maryland gone, I can’t say I dislike any other school.
Out of conference, it would be both the fake (obvious reasons) and real USC (too much of a media darling). I liked Ohio State with Tressel but not so much anymore. A lot of unnecessary arrogance permeating through that fanbase as of recent. Don’t really care for Bama either, since they’re the flag bearer for the SEC. Needless to say, I didn’t watch a single snap of the Natty during the COVID year.

Two things this thread has taught me:
1. I didn't realize how much Tigers fans don't care for the Tarheels. Nancy Stank - was a given; I thought.
2. Maryland must have been just flat awful! They have been out of the ACC for years and people still talk about how bad that fanbase is. And, worst than NC State - "they had to be absolutely atrocious"!
And, thank you all for responding! Consider me shocked a bit at the above two things! And that everybody didn't have NC State.

1. UVA - grew up in Ch’ville in a Hokie household so this is easily #1 for me.
2 and 3 - Live in FL so both FSU and Noles.
All three fan bases are just unbearable (except Brett FSU - really appreciate his participation on T-Net

1. ND - have always just despised them back to the days of only getting one TV channel in rural VA and they were always on TV messing up my other viewing pleasure.
2. Ohio St - the Bucknuts fans I experience here in FL think their sh*t don’t stink so cannot stand them. I did see VT upset them in Columbus and will say that several of the fans I met there were very gracious and friendly.
3. Bama - again most of the fans I experience here in FL have no affiliation and are overboard. Went to the Bama at Texas game this year and was really hoping for the upset and associated fan meltdown. Sat in Bama section and boy were they melting down until the very end.
