Oh, look.... USC is ranked in the top 25... Oh, and S. Carolina is, too. I am surprised that Washington is still top 10 but that is giving credit to Auburn for how well they played. Georgia at #3 seems about right, I guess.

Really kinda wish A&M was at least #25. They did put up 750 yards of total offense last week (I know, it was against the local day care, but it's still 750 yards). It would add some strength to our already weak schedule. Also surprised to see BC with that many votes, maybe they'll be ranked when we play them. And lastly, a number by sakerlinas name always sucks, but it does make a dominant win over those fools that much sweeter.

ranking in the AP and Coaches poll mean nothing to SOS for

CFP committee....... they'll get data from the computers and use that and discussion to vote once they start meeting weekly. If TAM is a true top 25 team then it will shake out over the course of the season, same for the coots, BC, NCSU, FSU, Duke, GT etc. Overall our SOS will still be good. One of the things that impressed the committee last year was the depth of schedule not just the Aub win..... the bulk of our schedule was in the Top 40 or so. There weren't many schools that could say that and if they could, they lost more of those games.
I think this season more than ever though may require us to go undefeated to make it

This early in season, those close wins should be held against them.
