Plus most of the film was at a long distance that made it really hard to actually see the play.

Different classes aren't they? You want a QB in every recruiting class and I believe Hebert is 24 and this kid is 25.

To me this kid looks better than Hebert, he has a rocket and its leaving his hand quick and on time. Also the big difference in highlights between him and Hebert is hes throwing more than streaks and hes throwing guys open. This kid is the real deal.

That looks to be Ricky Johnson who is a 3 star for some odd reason. But, I also believe there's different burners on some of those plays and it's hard to see the number.
