5 for 28 will not win many games. When we lost to GT in 2OT, we were 3-21 or something like that so clearly, we have got to stop taking 3's if they are not falling. Notre Dame has learned their new system and are 5-1 over the last 6 games but this was a game we should have won.

Mostly on the bench. Had to record the game, but seeing the stats, was very surprised to see his lack of minutes. Especially since he had excellent results the two previous games.

Godfrey seems to only get to play when PJ gets into foul trouble. Since PJ avoided that last night, Godfrey sat on the bench most of the game while PJ jacked up a stream of 3pt bricks.

AD should be smart enough to know what he does and does not have. If he can’t articulate, HE needs a new profession in addition to his overpaid “coach” who either can’t recruit or can’t coach. This conference is wide open and Clemson is missing the opportunity.

This is a depleted ACC, one in which teams now play 20 games, unbalanced schedules which can often avoid playing top teams multiple times, no HOF coaches left (no Dean Smith, no Roy Williams, no Gary Williams for that matter, no Coach K, no Jim Boeheim).
Why should an "elite" HC--as some have been painting CBB--and the 3rd longest tenured in the league have such inconsistent results so consistently?
Again, 3rd longest tenure in the ACC (Tony Bennet, Leonard Hamilton). At Ga Tech, Josh Pastner won ACCT, but was paid less than Brownell. At Miami, Jim Larenega went to Final Four, but was paid less than Brad Brownell. At FSU Leonard Hamilton won ACCT, paid less than Brad Brownell.
Ever notice than when the coaching wheel spins at the end of every season, NO ONE has ever come looking for Brad Brownell since he's been at Clemson? The Bros think that's a good thing.

Good win last week… now a loss to a poor team. Bad coaching … or maybe non-existent coaching — same difference.
Another Clemson Fan that played basketball in high school called our style of play “recess ball”. No set plays, no recognition of space to exploit, just reaction.
Please… let’s give Brownell an opportunity to coach elsewhere.

Well the good news is we still control our own destiny for 4th most likely with the teams we have left being tied with us.
The bad news however is the 28 not the 5! Sure we were cold but we had no business throwing up 28 careless threes for no good reason when we were controlling the paint.
Sadly this comes back to discipline and coaching.

Dawg...everyone knows that in NBA Jam if you want to 'heat up' you got to pound the paint, rush back for a swipe turnover, and pound the paint again. Then, if you get 'on fire', you start taking the threes because they go automatic. You can't get on fire from three's alone, so you gotta adapt. But that's just a great SNES classic. What do I know? I'm not getting paid $2m for moral victories and not being held to any standard...in a reality, we should all aspire to be BrownL.
