Is that a good or a bad thing?

I still don’t get this popular phrase “kill it.” Or “killing it.”
Reminds me of the old t-shirt: “Howard built it. Ford filled it. Hatfield killed it.”
Like...that didn’t mean Hatfield was really good...I’m pretty sure.

I have definitely noticed Clemson recruiting more selfless players (with a few exceptions). Every year it seemed for a while that FSU would always land more of the big name recruits than we did. But many of those FSU guys seemed to turn out to be "me me me!" players. You don't see many of those at Clemson.

They will be humbled if they try that at Clemson, the players decide who comes to Clemson and they know what players all about themselves look like. They let Dabo and crew know what kind of guy their getting. Dabo's crew does their homework and love these players thru humility!
DJ is a Clemson man and that's what his coach means!! Clemson men kill it by showing class and lifting others up. The 1st shall be last and the last shall be 1st!
Go DJ and go Tigers!! It's almost to good to be true. If the coots are swallowed in a sink hole I'll know I'm dreaming!

Yes me first players are definitely humbled at Clemson. Last one I remember(Chad Kelly) got kicked off the team eventually. That’s what it’s about to be All In! You come to Clemson you have to be committed to the team

I too love my alma mater, but let’s stop acting like Clemson’s shiznit doesn’t stink. It is true that Dabo and Company are the best at recruiting selfless players. But we have had a few even since Chad Kelly that have come in with a me first attitude. The difference is they are quickly calibrated and Dabo and company typically use team leaders, discipline, structure, and even a strong parental influence at home to curb any such a mentality or they don’t play

Wonder if they have to get permission from the school district to attend a high school other than the one they are zoned for like they do here.
