Our Tigers might be the youngest team in America. Carolina has a lot of talent, as well they should with top ten recruiting. It'll go down as great pitching but it's hard to tell with the total inconsistencies behind the dish. And it went both ways... Sure makes a good case for electronic strikes. One thing if blue has a different zone, but not a different call from one pitch to the next. Talk about a bad night. Still, it's baseball, it was enjoyable, good game.
That said, we made several fundamental baseball mistakes. One on Monte for not bunting after the baserunning error... Even if he's your top hitter that's having a hot night. Two on Monte in bottom 11 after it was 1 out for NOT moving the defense deeper. Especially with teo's speed. Meh, it's baseball and you gotta love it.

You would think but it was actually a heads up play by the coot player. They did it all night, even to throw over pitches to first. They'd continue to tag the runner. He came off the bag on 2nd.
Now, it would have been different and a bogus call had the ump called him out and he started back to the dugout and then was tagged. But it's my understanding the ump didn't call and he just came off the bag.

The umpire had called him out...That’s what announcer was saying and why he himself was confused.
