.. the Tiger defense has been challenged. Sounds like because of Senior day the focus won't be there for the Tigers as a whole. Sounds to me like the Tigers need to make a statement. Three games left, two at home. Time to put the TIGER stamp on a November to remember.

Watson is a man on a mission and with Crappy McGayface being there he will be out to prove him wrong. Tomorrow will be a day full of long and deep balls and a smile to the sideline with every completion. He will be be 26 of 31 passing & have a couple scores on the ground. Cant wait to see BV (again) & DW give a couple stiff arms to his ugly mug. Go Tigers! ! ! And Go away McGay! ! !

I don't look for Watson to throw a lot of deep balls if his shoulder isn't 100%. I'm expecting more screens and over the middle passes, and hopefully a few swing routes to Feaster.

Narduzzi's Pitt defense is virtually the same scheme that he ran at Michigan State, which is based on 4 quarters zone concepts the vast majority of the time. When a quarters zone defense goes up against an offense that run 4 verticals, or even 2 verticals to one side of the field, it often ends up looking like man coverage. It's the same concept as when Venables runs quarters coverage.
While it is technically a zone scheme, because of the number of vertical routes that we run on many of our plays, it can at times turn into what looks like man coverage.
