No, it's not what we're used to but 9-3 is within reach and not too shabby for a rebuilding year...
Hold the criticisms at least for a few minutes. Give them some credit for a gutsy game and a terrific finish....

It feels like 3-6 to you because you are looking for something negative. Try looking at the bright side. All 6 feel like tough wins to me.

We are a below .500 team with a record of 6-3. Pretty ###### good by that logic. We are overachieving. Hope we keep it up. I think it is time for our OL coach to retire though. And this is one I think we need to hire from outside.

We have more wins than we probably should the way we are playing which means they are not quitting. And those who call it luck don’t understand you don’t get lucky consistently.

This was a rebuilding year? Where did you read ,or hear that?
I am holding this years copy of the Fans Media Guide ,TIGER TIME and they had us going undefeated and finishing the season ranked # 1.
In fact let me give you a few of their predicted scores;
Clemson 42 Georgia 31 Strike 1
Clemson 38 N.C. State 28 Strike 2
Clemson 31 Pitt 21.Strike 3
So maybe you are correct and it's the magazine that needs rebuilding.

Actually I am very familiar with that publication and its articles - a good friend of mine wrote most of them (we sat with him and his family in Charlotte and Pittsburgh and we tailgate with them for all the home games). He's as shocked as anyone about this year but the fact is no one has a crystal ball. In my opinion (and his) this has turned into a rebuilding year and next year should be much better. In the meantime, be happy with the wins - I guarantee they've been much harder to achieve than most of the wins the past few years were....

I don't agree with most of Judge's football posts, but he is correct in this case. We are closer to being 3-6 than 8-1. We should not be struggling to win in the 4th quarter because despite the injuries, we are much more talented than anyone else in the ACC.

I think if the ACC wasn’t the equivalent of the Southern Conference we’d all feel better. If we had to play a real schedule, this so- called rebuilding “young” year would look much worse. I know this. We badly need a QB and a coordinator to call plays for him.
