I used to love Clemson BB

When i was a student, i used to attend Clemson BB regularly. It was great. I love my tigers, and try to tune in for our major sports.
But life catches up. I have a job, a wife, a kid, etc, and time marches on. I have to prioritize. I still watch every football game - I've been in attendance at all of our National Champtionships, and hit most of our live games. But with basketball, not so much. It's become clear that Clemson has prioritized football, and BB is simply.... there. But if Clemson can't make it a priority, they can't expect me to make it one too. I guess mediocrity is ok with them, and with that, I have to let it go too.
It honestly makes me super sad, but I guess Clemson has decided that BB being mediocre is ok. I'll always remember the games fondly, but I think that's enough.

Yes. 23-10 was extremely mediocre. The NCAA Selection Committee agrees.

We played a BAD schedule. Lots of teams can win...

a lot of games against bad competition. The Mountain West got as many teams in the NCAA Tourney as the ACC. Nevada that was on the bubble was 14-2 against Q3/Q4. Clemson was 16-4.

68 teams make the tournament. We haven't won an NCAA tournament game since 2018, and before that 2011. In the last 10 years, we've made it twice. So, to you, being a top-68 team twice in 10 years is better than mediocre?
Only 4 teams make the football playoffs, and we've made it most of the time in recent history. If 68 teams made it, we'd make it every year, easy.
