“Can run a country” or “can ruin a country”?
Just want to make sure. Deciding if the current guy qualifies.

Cheeto looks pretty burnt to me in those court house clips and photos. Dude looks like he's sitting on a campsite sheeter at the table. Trying to squeak out an all meat turd.

NY State financial indictment case is a burnt all meat turd.
NY State ‘sex’ indictment is already an embarrassment to the Gamecocks (aka Democrat party). Wait ‘till next year, baby!
Both ‘election interference’ indictment cases (GA and Federal) will collapse under 12th amendment.
But they got him on Russia collusion and Ukraine ‘strong arming’ impeachments … except that prosecutions evidence in both cases was proven to have been concocted.
Article 2 of the Constitution makes the ‘documents’ case another loser for the opposition.
DJT would be the perfect FB coach … undefeated after 2 BS impeachments, and a facing a soft schedule ahead. Looking like an undefeated season. Put me in, coach!

Gerald Ford is surely the right answer.
But I could also see HW and Obama with a headset on. HW gives me some old Bobby Bowden vibes and he’s obviously coach for Texas and Obama has the James Franklin cool and collected things going on, he probably gets his start in Hawaii running up the score and has to c on down to earth in a ND job. W and Clinton are too fun loving, they seem more like ADs or NCAA executive leadership, they just want all of the fun without any of the stress. Oh and Carter would look the part with a headset, probably coaching UGA and wearing a visor like OBC.
Going back a little further, I could see Nixon getting fired for tampering and ike coaching the same team to mediocrity except one or two great seasons for 40 years.

that he was purely "mediocre"? Unless you hand over all decision making in total to Liberals, they're never happy.....

Are you sure you want to say that I did? Unless you cower beneath the rudderless vitriol of the hopelessly indoctrinated or applaud as they vainly bloviate, they’re never happy…
Practice some reading comprehension and critical thinking or go beat your strawman somewhere else.

about the scene in "Brian's Song" where Gale Sayers, played by Billy Dee Williams, goes to visit him in the hospital, and Piccolo, played by James Cann, says to him "Let me explain something to you. When you dedicate a game to someone, you are then supposed to got out and WIN that game!"

Folks get on Dabo for putting his sons on scholarship, how much crap would obama receive when he put his wife on the offensive line. And then there’s the issue of keeping him from holding all meetings in the Mens showers and not to mention having to bring back the former “get back coach” and turning him into “ teleprompter holder”.

Ike sent young soldiers who had never seen combat into the D-Day invasion. He knew the ones who had seen combat would be scared to death. So, yes he might make a good college football coach.
