Hey they believe, so they have the really easy part done, just tell Mond to not let his nuts draw up and put the ball in the air, that's what our guys back there want them to do. I can promise him this, XT is as fast as he is, and he better not look back behind him to see where XT is, if he does, that half step he will lose by looking behind him, it will get him flatten out.
I don't think that A&M will be a pushover, but I seriously don't think they are as good as they believe they are, and if they think that they beat themselves last year, someone has lied to them. Don't forget they said last year that we couldn't come into college stadium and beat them, how did that turn out, they believe they beat themselves, now they say no doubt they can come into DV and hand us a for sure upset, that tells me that they talk through their A S S a lot more than they talk from their face. I guess that depends on what face they're talking from, the one below the waist or the one above their waist, Saturday will tell the truth!!!

It also reminds me of all the Louisville players saying all week that the noise at Death Valley was no concern. They proceeded to have multiple false starts due to the crowd.

Lots of Tiger fans are talking pretty big on Tigernet, not giving enough consideration to the post-Natty chat room thing. We're playing TAMU, guys. It was not some ordinary chat room.
I'll bet they had a pre-chatroom yell practice led by some terrific chatroom yell leaders. Pretty good chance they had a chatroom dog with a great military dog name sorta like Reveille....maybe it was FIRSTCALL but I dunno. And I can just see'em now marching into the chat room doing all those complicated band camp whiz bang formations that get the Yell Leaders really standing up straight and leaning way back, making great hand motions.
I wonder if they had a pre-chat room bonfire? No, wait, probably no bonfire. Those things can get outta hand.

A&M didn’t play the same team that played in the National Championship. The team they played was led by a QB that was average to good. They didn’t have to play against Trevor Lawrence for 4 quarters. Our offense is not even in the same ballpark as the offense they saw last year. Even if they think they can score, they can’t score enough.

I realize you play at Kyle Field, but when you are home the crowd is relatively quiet when have the ball, and loud when you don't. In Death Valley the opposite is true. SMH

I hate to disagree but I do and the facts support it. I was at the game last year too and it did not compare to DV. (See my post below). The facts are that the Valley has reached 132.8 dB and College Station has only reached 126 dB.

It was loud. Only place that I've been that I would say even compares to Clemson. I think we have louder moments, but their noise is much more constant throughout the whole game.
That's one thing I wish our crowd did better. We're loud until the ball is snapped, then quiet down. That's fine, but it seems everyone waits to get loud again until about the time the opponents break the huddle or get back to the line. As soon as the play ends, we need to bring the noise and not let up until the next snap.

Just keep giving both the players and the fans motivation. Tiger fans - let’s break our own decibel record and get the top spot. Last time I checked we were 2nd behind Washington and College Station was not even in the top 10. Last year’s trip there was a lot of fun and I really love their fans and plan to entertain several on Saturday but the noise was nowhere near the Valley, even for a game like Wofford or Furman. They may be the first team we have played where the fans are much better than the team in terms of mouthiness.
