We all knew and saw that the 2018 Clemson team was special. Nothing has looked special about FSU even with Travis. Yes they are a good team but not a top 4 team. I watch a horrible offense last night and they are going to have to score points vs Texas, Michigan and Washington.

Those equating 2023 FSU team with or without Jordan Travis are off base

With Travis, FSU beat a truly average Clemson Tiger team in OT. Without Travis, FSU would certainly not have beaten #1 UGA in SEC championship. Nor will they beat UGA in bowl even with opt-outs.
And the 2018 Clemson team was greatness peaking at the right time. This FSU team is not peaking.

Exactly. Look at Alabama last week: They needed a Hail Mary to beat Auburn. 99 out of 100 times, they lose, yet here they are in the CFP. Yes, they may win it all, but they never should have been there.

FSU beats UGA especially now that they will be going in to that game pissed. Only way UGA wins is if Verse and Payton opt out. UGA overrated they couldn't block the worst Bama front 7 in 2 decades.
